Make an impression on your friends and family this barbeque season with superior pork from Jones Hill Ranch! This special box will feed about 20 guests.

The chops cook best low and slow on the top rack, turning them regularly, until the fat is golden brown.

The brats need 15-18 min of cooking time on the top rack at low heat. Turning them every 5 min ensures even cooking and a nice crispy casing.

Jones Hill Ranch sustainably raised pigs produce chops between 8 oz and 1 lb, depending on the part of the loin they are cut from. We endeavor to include chops of similar size in each custom-packed box for ease of grilling.

You will receive:

10 lbs of bone-in pork chops
10 lbs of variety brats (classic, cheddar, jalapeno cheddar, beer)

About our boxes and bundles

Our mission is to provide our community with healthy, sustainable meat. To make that happen in the most efficient way, we endeavor to sell our meat by the whole and half pig. This allows us to set a cost-effective price for you and be able to focus our time and resources on raising happy pigs. We understand, however, that purchasing so much meat at once without tasting it, is a big commitment. This is why we developed our various boxes and bundles to introduce you to Jones Hill Ranch pork – and to us, Sandy and Eric. One of the greatest benefits of farm to fork food is getting to know your farmers. When you arrange to pick up your box, we hope you’ll save time for a quick tour of the ranch while you’re here. Even if we meet you at a drop-off point, at the very least, you get to meet your farmers in person.
