Pork Share Fall 2026

Reserving a pork share secures your place in our fall harvest and allows us to raise a pig specifically for you, from start to finish.

When you place your order, you are committing to a share of pasture-raised pork that is grown slowly, harvested once in the fall, and processed in small batches. This reservation allows us to plan responsibly for animal care, feed, and butcher space well in advance.

Whole Pig Share

Total cost to fill your freezer (300 lb pig): ~ $1,340 all-in

  • Price ceiling $1,500 (depending on weight and choices)
  • You pay Jones Hill Ranch: ~ $990 total
  • Butcher (paid directly): ~ $350
  • ~150 lb take-home pork

Payment structure Whole Share

  • $250 deposit today
  • $100/month for 6 months starting April 1
  • Small final balance after harvest (varies slightly by live weight)

Half Pig Share

Total cost to fill your freezer (half of a 300 lb pig): ~ $700 all-in

  • Price ceiling $800 (depending on weight and choices)
  • You pay Jones Hill Ranch: ~ $525 total
  • Butcher (paid directly): ~ $175
  • ~75 lb take-home pork

Payment structure Half Share

  • $150 deposit today
  • $50/month for 6 months starting April 1
  • Small final balance after harvest (varies slightly by live weight)

How payments work

• Your initial deposit reserves your share and removes it from availability. The deposit is non-refundable. • After the deposit, the remaining balance is spread across monthly payments to make the cost more manageable. • Once monthly payments begin, payments already made are not refundable, as your pig is already born and growing. • If you need to cancel, future monthly payments will stop.

This is not a spot purchase or a subscription box. It is a shared commitment between you and our ranch. By reserving early, you are supporting how the animals are raised and allowing us to farm with care, intention, and transparency.
